Contributing to the WURD

If you would like to make a contribution to the WURD, here are a few things that will make it easier for all of us! There are just a few basic specifications that we would like you to follow. It is strictly voluntary, we will accept them in any format.

Please don't use tables unless they are needed to contain data. It will make it a lot easier for us to convert to our format.
Please do not use embedded styles.
No graphics should be wider than 550 pixels. Anything larger will be cropped or resized if possible. Tip: To capture a screenshot of the current window, simultaneously press the Alt and PrintScrn keys on your keyboard.
When you name your graphics, please give them a distinct name, such as outlook_step1.gif. We have already accumulated a lot of graphics, and it is difficult to find common names that haven't already been used.

This is just the preferred format, we will accept all submissions, no matter the format. Please don't feel like you have to follow every specification, we will reformat it if needed.

If you are contributing configuration information, submit a short paragraph describing the software. Also, supply links for downloading and for support pages, if any. If you like, you may include your name, e-mail address, and the address of your home page on the page you submit to the WURD.
