Adding an E-Mail Account in Entourage 2004

This document contains configuration instructions for using Entourage on a Macintosh with OSX to access the AT&T Worldnet e-mail server through an AT&T Worldnet connection.

1. Launch Entourage 2004.
2. From the Entourage menu, choose Account Settings...
   
3. Click the New button.
   
4. In the E-mail Address field, enter your AT&T Worldnet e-mail address and click the right arrow.
   
5. Entourage will automatically determine the correct settings for AT&T Worldnet. Click the right arrow.
   
6. Do the following:
   1. In the Your Name field, enter the name you want to use with this e-mail account.
   2. In the Password field enter your e-mail password.
   3. Check the Save Password in Mac OS X Keychain option if you do not want to enter your password each time you get mail.
   All other setting in this window should be correct. Click the right arrow.
   
7. Click the Verify My Settings button. Once you get a success, click the right arrow.
   
8. Do the following:
   1. In the Account Name field, enter a name for the account.
   2. Select the Add this new e-mail address to your "ME" contact option.
   3. Select the Include this account in my Send & Receive All schedule option.
   4. Click the Finish button.
