    Pirch32 Ident Server
  4. Click the Login button to open the Server Connection window. It should look something like this:
    Pirch32 Server Connection
  5. Fill in the boxes as shown in the graphic below:
    • Server - any server
    • Name - your name
    • E-mail - your e-mail address
    • Nickname - the name you want to use on irc
    • Alternate - the name to use if your nickname is already in use
That being said, we recommend that you not use your real name and e-mail address. Just remember, that using an alias will not make you anonymous. Your computer can still be traced.

    Pirch32 Favorite Places
  10. When you join a channel, the following window will open, with the list of the current occupants of the channel on the right, and the conversation on the left. @W is an undernet bot that takes care of the channel. On other channels, you might see @X or @Y instead, if the channel is registered. Not every channel is registered. Any nick that is preceded by the @ sign, is a channel operator. All you have to do is type what you want to say in the box on the bottom and hit enter.
