ICQ and AT&T Worldnet Service
Mirabilis ICQ is a program similar to AOL's Instant Messaging feature. ICQ has more features and allows much more flexibility than AOL. One of the greatest advantages of ICQ is its chat feature that allows you to set up an invite-only chat on the Internet. ICQ uses a minimum amount of bandwidth and system resources and is perfectly suited for simple use on AT&T Worldnet Service.
