Blank or Missing Windows When Launching HELPchat
There is a known issue with Norton Internet Security 2003/2004 and AT&T Worldnet Service HELPchat. When clicking on the link to launch HELPchat, the chat window will not open or a blank window opens.

Correcting HELPchat Launch Problems in Norton Internet Security 2003:
- Open Norton Internet Security.
- Click on Options and select Internet Security.
- Select the Web Content tab.
- Click the Add Site button.
- Type in att.net and click the OK button.
- Select att.net from the list on the left, and then select the User Settings tab.
- In the Pop-up Ads section, uncheck the Use Ad Blocking Settings option, and then select the Permit option.
- Click the OK button until you are back to the main Norton Internet Security window. Exit the program.
Correcting HELPchat Launch Problems in Norton Internet Security 2004:
- Open Norton Internet Security.
- Select Ad Blocking from the list.
- Click the Configure button.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Click the Add Site button.
- Type in att.net and click the OK button.
- Select att.net from the list on the left, and then select the User Settings tab.
- Uncheck Use Ad blocking Settings and select the Permit option.
- Click the OK button until you are back to the main Norton Internet Security window. Exit the program.
